Unul dintre cei mai controversați procurori din Romania vrea sa fie inspector judiciar
Fosta propunere a lui Tudorel Toader pentru șefia DNA, Adina Florea, în prezent procuror în cadrul Secției Speciale, și-a depus dosarul la un concurs pentru un post de execuție în cadrul Direcției de Inspecție pentru procurori a Inspecției Judiciare.
Inspecția Judiciară a publicat, joi, 12 august, lista candidaților care îndeplinesc condițiile de înscriere la concursul pentru ocupare a patru posturi de execuție în cadrul Direcția de Inspecție pentru judecători și opt posturi la Direcția de Inspecție pentru procurori.
Pe lângă Adina Florea, la concurs s-au mai înscris controversatul procuror DIICOT Robert Fleckhammer și judecătoarea Roxana Chiuariu, soția fostului ministru al justiției Tudoar Chiuariu, condamnat penal la 3 ani și jumătate cu suspendare.

Adina Florea este procurorul care, în martie 2019, în contextul în care Laura Codruța Kövesi candida pentru conducerea Parchetului European, a inculpat-o pe fosta șefă a DNA într-un dosar penal legat de aducerea în țară din Indonezia a fostului director FNI Nicolae Popa. Câteva zile mai târziu, Înalta Curte a desființat ancheta Adinei Florea și i-a ridicat controlul judiciar Laurei Codruța Kövesi. În plus, Inspecția Judiciară a început cercetarea disciplinară a Adinei Florea pentru exercitarea profesiei cu rea-credință și gravă neglijență în anchetele care îi vizează pe fosta șefă a DNA si pe procurorul Alfred Savu de la DNA Ploiești.
Inspecția Judiciară, acuzată că vizează magistrații incomozi
În ultimii ani, Inspecția Judiciară, instituție condusă de Lucian Netejoru, a fost acuzată că reprezintă în factor de presiune pe umerii magistraților. Potrivit raportului de activitatea, majoritatea acțiunilor deschis de Inspecția Judiciară au fost respinse de CSM. Cele mai notorii exemple sunt cazul Laurei Codruța Kövesi, Camelia Bogdan, judecătoarea care l-a condamnat pe Dan Voiculescu, Carmen Lancrajan, procurorul din dosarul „Tel Drum” și Cosmin Iordache, procuror DNA și copreședinte al unei asociații de magistrați.
