Marcel Ciolacu anunță proiect de lege pentru persoanele dispărute/ Ce spune președintele Camerei Deputaților despre decizia CCR
Marcel Ciolacu a anunțat că în perioada următoare va fi depus un proiect de lege dedicat persoanelor dispărute, menționând că în prezent se face o documentare asupra legislației similare existentă în alte state.
”Prioritatea Parlamentului e de a interveni in procedurile institutionale create pentru a ne apara, a interveni in timp real si eficient si de a preveni. Multe state au legi speciale in cazul disparitiei. O sa facem o documentare si o sa venim cu un astfel de proiect de lege. Sunt lucruri care trebuie urgent reglementate”, a declarat Marcel Ciolacu.
Președintele Camerei Deputaților a precizat că Senatul se va reuni în sesiune extraordinară, fiind prima cameră sesizată in proiectele privind schimbarea unor legi referitoare la interventia in situații similare celei de la Caracal.
”Am luat act si de declaratiile liderului USR. (..) Am vazut si primul punct, se cere anularea recursului compensatoriu. Din cate imi amintesc, a fost proppus de dna Pruna, dar daca Parlamentul gaseste oportuna desfiintarea, asa o sa se intample”, a completat presedintele Camerei Deputaților.
Referitor la deciziia prin care CCR a stabilit că modificarea codurilor penale este neconstituțională, Ciolacu a spus: ”O sa avem o abordare, prioritatile fiind deciziile neconstitutionale deja declart de CCR si pe urma o sa vedem daca e oportuna o alta modificare la codurile penal si de procedura”.
