Klaus Iohannis, critici la adresa unor baroni PSD: Premierul, concesie pentru a le câştiga sprijinul

Klaus Iohannis critică trei baroni locali ai PSD, după ce Guvernul a adoptat o OUG pentru alegerea prin vot uninominal a preşedinţilor de consilii judeţene. Este vorba despre Marian Oprişan, Dumitru Buzatu şi Ionel Arsene.

Klaus Iohannis: Schimbarea legii electorale, o concesie pe care premierul o face baronilor

„În urma adoptării de către Guvern a unei ordonanțe de urgență referitoare la modificarea legislației în privința alegerii președinților de consilii județene, Președintele României, domnul Klaus Iohannis, constată că PSD nu a înțeles nimic din aceste alegeri pe care le-a pierdut într-un mod catastrofal și umblă iar la cutia cu ordonanțe de urgență, încercând să schimbe regula jocului chiar în timpul desfășurării jocului, ceea ce este inacceptabil.

Votul românilor nu este bătaia de joc a PSD, atenționează Președintele României. Cetățenii le-au transmis pesediștilor în mod foarte clar că practica ordonanțelor de urgență trebuie să înceteze. Acest instrument este prevăzut în Constituție exclusiv pentru situații excepționale. În niciun caz, acest instrument nu poate fi folosit în continuare abuziv și netransparent.

Schimbarea legii electorale, făcută astăzi prin ordonanță de urgență, în sensul introducerii votului uninominal pentru alegerea președinților de consilii județene, este de fapt o concesie pe care premierul Viorica Dăncilă vrea să o facă baronilor PSD în încercarea de a le câștiga sprijinul.
În mod evident, dacă se va schimba legislația în sensul enunțat de premier, vor fi favorizați acei președinți de consilii aflați în prezent în funcții. Adică domnii Marian Oprișan, Dumitru Buzatu și Ionel Arsene.

Acești baroni PSD, panicați de scăderea în sondaje a partidului, fac tot posibilul să își securizeze funcțiile, în ciuda voinței românilor. Așa ceva nu poate fi acceptat!”, a declarant purtătorul de cuvânt al Administrației Prezidențiale.

 

Preşedintele cere alegeri locale în două tururi

Klaus Iohannis a criticat PSD și a precizat că un președinte de consiliu județean nu trebuie confundat cu un primar. Mai mult, șeful statului a menționat că dacă PSD este preocupat de buna funcționare a autorităților locale, soluția este organizarea a două tururi de scrutin în cazul alegerilor locale.

„Argumentul invocat de Guvern, că președintele de Consiliu județean ar trebui să fie ales de popor nu se susține pentru că nu există practic un „popor” al judeţului și acest argument maschează de fapt disperarea PSD, care a înțeles că este pe punctul de a pierde conducerile și majoritățile în foarte multe Consilii județene.
Dacă PSD chiar este preocupat în mod real de buna funcționare a administrațiilor publice și de a îndrepta situația în privința alegerilor locale, soluția este una foarte clară: adoptarea alegerilor în două tururi a primarilor.

Aș vrea să mai adaug un singur lucru în legătură cu intențiile manifestate deja în spațiul public de către Președintele Camerei Deputaților, conform căruia PSD urmează să elaboreze un proiect de revizuire a Constituției pentru punerea în aplicare a rezultatului referendumului. Președintele României consideră că pesediștii, oricât ar încerca să-și spele imaginea, nu mai pot păcăli pe nimeni că sunt bine intenționați și interesați în a respecta voința cetățenilor. Să fie oare o simplă coincidență că imediat după ce Președintele Klaus Iohannis a chemat partidele la consultări la Cotroceni, PSD este foarte grăbit să defileze public cu această inițiativă de revizuire a Constituției?”, a completat Dobrovolski.

„Decizia luată de Guvern astăzi era una necesară (..)Suntem niste figure mai emblematice al e PSD. Cine ştie, poate ne caută nişte instituţii în perioada următoare”, a replicat Marian Oprişan la Antena 3.

Liderul PNL, Ludovic Orban, a anunțat că ordonanța va fi atacată la CCR.
