Generalul în rezervă Florin Mihalache, fost adjunct al directorului Serviciului de Telecomunicații Speciale, a fost prins miercuri, 12 ianuarie, în flagrant de procurorii Direcției Naționale Anticorupție și reținut pentru 24 ore, au declarat surse judiciare pentru Mainnews.ro.
Potrivit acelorași surse, în perioada perioada august 2021 – ianuarie 2022, Mihalache ar fi pretins de la un om de afaceri, martor în dosar, un Audi Q7 sau un BMW X7, ori contravaloarea acestora, pentru a-și exercita influența pe care a lăsat să se înțeleagă că o are asupra unui alt om de afaceri cu care martorul avea mai multe litigii comerciale, pentru stingerea acestora.
Concret, arată anchetatorii în comunicatul oficial, „intervenția” inculpatului trebuia să se finalizeze cu încheierea unei tranzacții privind stingerea tuturor litigiilor aflate pe rolul instanțelor din București și achitarea de către una dintre societățile controlate de omul de afaceri către societatea martorului a unor datorii în cuantum de aproximativ 1.500.000 euro.
Pentru a disimula proveniența sumei pe care ar fi urmat s-o primească pentru „serviciile” sale, la data de 06 ianuarie 2022, Mihalache ar fi încheiat cu martorul un contract fictiv de împrumut. În acest context, pe 12 ianuarie acesta a fost prins în flagrant de procurorii anticorupție în timp ce primea cei 75.000 euro pretinși.
Florin Mihalache urmează să fie prezentat Tribunalului București, miercuri, cu propunere de arestare preventivă pentru 30 de zile.
