Referendum 2019 – Ce spun liderii Puterii despre întrebările de pe buletinul de vot

Administrația Prezidențială a prezentat întrebările adresate cetățenilor la Referendumul privind justiția. Ulterior, Liviu Dragnea și Călin Popescu Tăriceanu l-au criticat pe Klaus Iohannis, susținând că este o mișcare de campanie.

Românii sunt chemați să răspundă cu DA sau NU la întrebările:

  1. Sunteți de acord cu interzicerea amnistiei și grațierii pentru infracțiuni de corupție?
  2. Sunteți de acord cu interzicerea adoptării de către Guvern a ordonanțelor de urgență în domeniul infracțiunilor, pedepselor și al organizării judiciare și cu extinderea dreptului de a ataca ordonanțele direct la Curtea Constituțională?

Reacția lui Liviu Dragnea

Liviu Dragnea susține că nu a fost niciodată de acord cu amnistierea faptelor de corupție.

”Nu e controversă, nici eu nu am fost niciodată de acord să se amnistieze faptele de corupţie”, a declarat Liviu Dragnea la Antena 3.

Președintele PSD consideră că referendumul este o modalitate prin care șeful statului acordă sprijin partidelor agreate.

”Suntem de acord, am fost de acord şi cu temele pe care le-a enunţat prima dată, am fost şi cu aceste întrebări, nu le analizăm noi din punct de vedere constituţional sau nu.

Am auzit tot felul de păreri, dar nu e treaba noastră, nu suntem noi specialişti în asta.

Ele au o aprobare cvasi-unanimă în populaţie şi nu răspund unei controverse care ar fi în societate pe această temă şi sunt multe voci care spun că referendumul, de fapt, el este inutil, referendumul în sine, pentru scopul prezentat public.

(..) S-a gândit că aşa poate să intre în campania electorală pentru alegerile europarlamentare. Nu cred că-l interesează pe Iohannis acele două întrebări, efectiv nu îl interesează, el are o singură miză, indiferent de mijloace, indiferent de legislaţie, de Constituţie, să se implice să îşi ajute partidele care speră el că îl vor ajuta şi pe el în alegerile prezidenţiale.

Mai mult nu prea am ce să spun despre acest referendum. Într- adevăr, s-a mişcat repede, adică i-au trebuit doi ani să nască întrebările astea, aduceţi-vă aminte că se fac doi ani”, a declarat Liviu Dragnea la Antena 3.

Liderul ALDE : Referendumul e o rușine

Călin Popescu Tăriceanu că întrebările președintelui sunt neclare.

„Întrebările dlui Iohannis ne-au băgat pe toți într-o ceață și mai adâncă! Înțelegem din ele că dl Iohannis nu are nici o problemă cu grațierea unui criminal sau violator, dar este ferm convins să țină la beci pe cel care a comis o faptă de corupție!

Înțelegem, de asemenea, că dl Iohannis vrea ca oricine să poată contesta ordonanțele guvernului la Curtea Constituțională!  Când s-a gândit la oricine, a avut în vedere Bundestagul,  Duma sau primarul din Fierbinți?

Am crezut că acest referendum e doar unul inutil, menit să-l aducă pe dl Iohannis mai devreme în campania pentru al doilea mandat!

Acum, după ce am văzut cele 2-3 întrebări, cred că acest referendum este o rușine!

De fapt, întrebarea acestui referendum este alta: sunteți de acord ca un președinte care nu este capabil să pună corect o întrebare în limba română să poată candida la o funcție publică în statul român?”, a scris președintele ALDE pe Facebook.
