Reacția STS la cazul fetei răpite în Caracal. Au fost trei apeluri la 112

Potrivit Serviciului de Telecomunicații Speciale, fata a sunat de 3 ori la 112. Primul apel a fost inițiat ieri, la 11:05. Poliția a descins la locuința suspectului după 18 ore de la primul apel al fetei. 

Reacția STS

„La fiecare din cele trei apeluri, informația de localizare primară a fost disponibilă la nivelul Dispeceratului de Poliție, fiind transmisă de către furnizorul reţelei publice mobile de telefonie la iniţierea apelului, sub forma unui identificator de sector de celulă (cell-id/sector-id), conform art. 27 din Decizia ANCOM nr. 1023/2008. Această informație de localizare primară a fost preluată de sistemele informatice SNUAU și pusă la dispoziţia operatorilor 112 şi dispecerului Poliției, în sistemul informatic GIS, așa cum a fost primită, pe timpul procesării apelului.

Referitor la cazul aflat în discuție, către numărul de urgență 112 au fost inițiate 3 apeluri la 112:

Primul apel a fost preluat de operatorul 112, la ora 11:05:07

–          11:05:41: operatorul 112 a apelat dispeceratul Poliției

–          11:05.52: apelanta a deconectat apelul cu operatorul 112

–          11:06:55: dispecerul Poliției a preluat cazul de la operatorul 112, apelanta nemaifiind în convorbire;

Al doilea apel a fost preluat de operatorul 112, la ora 11:06:25

–          11:06:55: operatorul 112 a apelat dispeceratul Poliției

–          11:07:53: dispecerul Poliției a preluat apelul, fiind în legătură directă cu apelanta;

Pe timpul discuției cu dispecerul de la Poliție, apelanta nu a reușit să furnizeze date privind adresa/locația în care se află, dar a furnizat o adresă de pe o carte de vizită pe care o găsise în locația în care se afla. Apelanta a menționat că nu știe dacă adresa de pe cartea de vizită este cea în care se află la momentul apelului.

Al treilea apel a fost preluat de operatorul 112 la ora 11:12:36

–          11:12:43: operatorul 112 a apelat dispeceratul Poliției

–          11:12:51: : dispecerul Poliției a preluat apelul, fiind în legătură directă cu apelanta;

Ulterior, pentru a obține informații suplimentare referitor la locul în care se afla apelanta, operatorul 112 a încercat de nouă ori să reapeleze numărul de pe care s-a efectuat apelul, la toate aceste apeluri intrând mesageria vocală.

STS nu identifică locul telefonului și nici celula operatorului de telefonie prin care se efectuează apelul.

Toate aceste informații sunt furnizate de către furnizorul reţelei publice mobile de telefonie la iniţierea apelului, sub forma unor sectoare de cerc și sunt disponibile la nivelul operatorilor și dispecerilor implicați în gestionarea cazului.”
