Procurorii Ciprian Man și Cristian Ardelean, cercetați de Inspecția Judiciară pentru afirmații „de natură a indigna opinia publică”
Procurorii Ciprian Man și Cristian Ardelean vor fi cercetati de Inspecția Judiciară pentru că, în cadrul unor audieri au făcut afirmații la adresa unor judecătoare, afirmații ce pot indigna opinia publică. Inspecția Judiciară susține că aceste afirmații pot aduce atingere onoarei sau probităţii profesionale ori prestigiului justiţiei, săvârşite în exercitarea atribuţiilor de serviciu.
Potrivit Inspectiei Judiciare, „s-a reţinut că, în timpul şedinţei de analiză, desfăşurată într-un spaţiu accesibil mai multor persoane, procurorii cercetaţi au făcut o serie de afirmaţii, în prezenţa altor colegi, prin care au fost încălcate standardele de conduită impuse magistraților”.
Care sunt afirmațiile pentru care cei doi procurori sunt cercetați disciplinar:
procurorul Man Ciprian: (…) „Dacă începi urmărirea faţă de astea două judecătoare, îi
trimite Adi în judecată pe ăia trei, o să mai intre frica…”
procurorul Ardelean Cristian: : (…) „Se mai liniştesc, da! Sută la sută”. urmată de „Măi, şi
dacă nu se liniştesc, măcar dacă tot o fac să le dăm motive să aibă boală, nu aşa că ei
consideră…”
Astfel, s-a constat că limbajul utilizat de procurori la adresa unor judecători de la Curtea de Apel Oradea este de natură a contraria şi indigna opinia publică, fiind vizibilă implicarea acestora în desfăşurarea unor activităţi care prin natura lor pot crea îndoieli cu privire la seriozitatea, independenţa, imparţialitatea şi integritatea procurorilor. Acţiunea a fost înaintată Secţiei pentru procurori în materie disciplinară a Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii care va decide cu privire la angajarea răspunderii procurorilor în cauză.
În luna ianuarie, procurorii Ciprian Man și Cristian Ardelean au fost revocați din funcțiile de procurori DNA. Ei s-au întors atunci la Parchetul Tribunalului Bihor. Decizia conducerii DNA a fost luată după ce., în spațiul public, au apărut înregistrari în care cinci procurori ai DNA Oradea vorbeau despre completurile de judecată favorabile şi despre posibilitatea de a-i linişti pe judecătorii ostili prin demararea unor anchete penale.
