DIICOT: Gheorghe Dincă, cercetat pentru omor calificat/ „Alexandra a fost ucisă după ultimul apel la 112”
Giorgiana Hosu, procurorul șef adjunct DIICOT, a declarat că Gheorghe Dincă este cercetat pentru crima, după ce a mărturisit că le-a ucis pe cele două fete dispărute în Olt. Procurorii au extins cercetările în cazul acestuia, acuzațiile fiind de de viol, trafic de minori și omor calificat.
„Gheorghe Dincă a declarat în fața anchetatorilor DIICOT că a ucis-o pe Alexandra după ce a surprins-o cu telefonul în mână, după ce a sunat la 112.
La DIICOT Craiova există un dosar înregistrat pentru trafic de persoane și viol.
Urmează ca inculpatul să fie audiat și în ceea ce privește dispariția Luizei, fata de 18 ani. Se presupune că și aceasta a murit în condiții similare.
S-a decis extinderea acțiunii penale pentru săvârșirea infracțiunii de omor calificat. La data de 25 iulie 2019, în jurul orei 12.00, Gheorghe Dincă a ucis-o pe minora în vârstă de 15 ani, pe care o răpise, o sechestrase și o violase.
În cauza există elemente constitutive ale traficului de minori: recrutarea, transportarea și adăpostirea minorului, profitând de vulnerabilitatea minorului, în scopul exploatării sale sexuale.
În cenușă dintr-un butoi metalic au fost identificate oase calcinate, dinți de natură umană. De asemenea, au fost găsite trei inele, un lănțișor, două fragmente de lănțișoare, o bucată metalică de forma dreptunghiulară și o bucată similară unei monturi de inel, care prezentau urme de ardere.
În mașină a fost găsit un cercel. Bijuteriile au fost recunoscute de mama minorei ca aparținând fiicei sale„, a declarat Giorgiana Hosu.
Alexandra, fata de 15 ani dispărută miercuri, în Caracal, a sunat de 3 ori la 112, în timp ce se afla sechestrată la locuința lui Gheorghe Dincă. Tânăra a descris locul în care se afla, l-a descris pe agresor, a spus că a fost violată, că este legată de mâini și de picioare cu sârmă. Cu toate acestea, polițiștii au ajuns la locul faptei din a patra încercare. La ultima convorbire telefonică, Alexandra a spus „vine, vine”. Bărbatul a mărturisit în fața anchetatorilor că acesta este momentul în care a omorât-o pe Alexandra.
