Elena Udrea, confruntată cu justiția din România – Dosarele în care este vizat fostul ministru
Elena Udrea s-a întors, luni, în România, revenirea sa având loc în contextul în care condamnarea din Gala Bute a fost anulată ca urmare a unei decizii a CCR, iar dosarul său urmează a se rejudeca. La începutul anului 2018, înainte de condamnarea definitivă, fostul ministru anunța că este în Costa Rica și că așteaptă un copil. Udrea este vizată și de alte două dosare.
Udrea, după revenire: Mă voi apăra mai bine de aici
Ulterior revenirii în România, fostul ministru a anunțat că intenționează să rămână în țară.
„Da, m-am intors in Romania.
Am renuntat de bunavoie la statutul de refugiat in Costa Rica. Decizia am luat-o imediat dupa ce am fost eliberata in decembrie, dar au fost cauze obiective pantru care s-a intamplat abia acum: finalizarea actelor fetitei mele Eva si, inchiderea procedurii de extradare.
Am ales sa cer protectie in Costa Rica in conditiile in care tocmai aflasem ca sunt insarcinata iar evolutia in dosarul Gala Bute demonstra ca este vorba de o executie, nu de o judecată corecta, in baza legii. Am vrut astfel sa imi nasc copilul in siguranta, insa stiti ca am fost arestata cand Eva avea 13 zile si, doar faptul ca Dumnezeu a vrut sa o nasc mai devreme a facut ca ea sa vina pe lume in libertate.
Dar asa cum am spus mereu, nu mi-am dorit niciodata sa traiesc in alta parte decat in tara mea si am asteptat cu nerabdare momentul sa ma pot intoarce.
Vreau sa imi cresc copilul acasa, sa o botez la biserica unde m-am rugat sa devin mama, cu familia mea si cei cu adevarat apropiati mie, alaturi de noi.
Referitor la procesele pe care inca le am in instanță, cred ca ma voi apara mai bine de aici decat de departe, impotriva abuzurilor care s-au facut si in cazul meu.
Am ales sa postez acest mesaj din respect fata de cei interesati si fata de presa care incearca sa afle adevarul despre prezenta mea Acasa. Stiu ca o face din buna credinta si din dorinta de a-si informa corect publicul.

Dosarul „Gala Bute”
Cel mai cunoscut dosar în care este vizată Elena Udrea este Gala Bute. Fostul ministru a fost acuzat, alături de alți șapte inculpați, de luare de mită, abuz în serviciu și tentativă la folosirea de documente ori declarații false pentru obținerea pe nedrept de fonduri europene.
Pe 28 martie 2017, Elena Udrea a fost condamnată, în primă instanță, de magistrații de la Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție, la șase ani de închisoare. După ce CCR a respins ca neîntemeiată cererea de repunere pe rol a dosarului, pe 5 iunie 2018, condamnarea a rămas definitivă.
Elena Udrea plecase însă de la începutul anului din România, destinaţia fiind Costa Rica. A anunţat că este însărcinată şi că cere azil politic, însă după ce a născut, fostul ministru a fost arestat. Nu după mult timp, Udrea a fost pusă în libertate, condamnarea fiind anulată ca urmare a unei decizii a CCR, care stabilea nelegala componenţă a completului de 5 judecători care a condamnat-o. Astfel, judecata în apel va fi reluată.
Elena Udrea va beneficia şi de hotărârea CCR privind completurile de 3 judecători specializate în corupţie ale ÎCCJ.
Dosarul „Hidroelectrica”
O altă cauză în care este vizată Udrea, este Hidroelectrica. Alături de fostul ministru este cercetat, pentru mărturie mincinoasă, jurnalistul Dan Andronic.
Direcția Națională Anticorupție a trimis-o în judecată pe Elena Udrea pe 20 decembrie 2017 pentru trafic de influență și spălare a banilor, fiind suspectă că în anul 2011 ar fi primit o sumă de bani pentru a folosi influența pe lângă factori de decizie pentru menținerea unui contract dintre o societate comercială și SC Hidroelectrica SA.
„În cursul anului 2011, inculpata Udrea Elena Gabriela a acceptat promisiunea făcută de un om de afaceri, prin intermediari, de a primi suma de 5.000.000 USD pentru a-și exercita influența asupra factorilor de decizie din cadrul Ministerului Economiei și a celor din cadrul SC Hidroelectrica SA, în vederea menținerii, în condițiile deja negociate (preț și cantitate de energie furnizată), contractele pe care societatea omului de afaceri le încheiase cu SC Hidroelectrica SA”, se arată într-un comunicat al DNA.
Judecătorii au dispus excluderea unor probe, cauza fiind restituită DNA în luna februarie. Pe 24 iunie, DNA a retrimis dosarul instanţei.
Dosarul finanţării campaniei lui Traian Băsescu
Al treilea dosar în care este judecată Elena Udrea vizează finanţarea campaniei electorale a lui Traian Băsescu.
DNA i-a trimis în judecată, în luna mai a anului trecut, pe Elena Udrea (instigare la luare de mită și spălare a banilor), Ioana Băsescu (instigare la delapidare și la spălare a banilor) și Dan Andronic (mărturie mincinoasă și favorizarea făptuitorului).
În dosar mai sunt judecați Gheorghe Nastasia, la data faptei secretar general al Ministerului Dezvoltării, acuzat de luare de mită, Victor Tarhon, fost președinte al Consiliului Județean Tulcea, acuzat de luare de mită, Ioan Silviu Wagner, la data faptei director general al unei societăți comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat, acuzat de delapidare.
Procurorii susțin că, în cursul anului 2009, în contextul campaniei electorale pentru alegerile prezidențiale, au fost colectate sume de bani provenite din infracțiuni de corupție, folosite pentru plata unor servicii prestate în campania electorală.
“Legătura dintre persoanele care obțineau banii pe cale nelegală și prestatorii de servicii legate de campanie era realizată de inculpata Udrea Elena Gabriela. Aceasta conducea un staff de campanie informal al unuia dintre candidați și, din această poziție, coordona atât achizițiile de servicii de campanie, cât și persoanele care au acționat ca intermediari pentru plățile realizate, astfel încât sumele de bani să ajungă la societățile prestatoare. Remiterea foloaselor infracționale s-a disimulat prin contracte fictive încheiate cu firme care prestau în realitate servicii în cadrul campaniei electorale, respectiv publicitate stradală, tipărire de afișe, reclame publicate în mass-media, realizarea unor pagini de internet, monitorizarea presei, organizarea de spectacole și prestarea de servicii de consultanță”, arată DNA.
