Dosar penal la Parchetul General pentru teza de doctorat a premierului Nicolae Ciucă, acuzat de plagiat
A fost deschis un dosar penal la Parchetul General în cazul tezei de doctorat a premierului Nicolae Ciucă, suspectat că a plagiat lucrarea pe baza căreia a obținut titlu de doctor în Științe militare. Reprezentanții PÎCCJ au confirmat informația pentru Main News.
PressOne a relatat joi, 10 februarie, că procurorii au ridicat documente de la Universitatea Naţională de Apărare (UNAP), informația fiind confirmată de sursele Main News.
UNAP a declanșat în data de 18 ianuarie, la solicitarea prim-ministrului, analizarea lucrării, în contextul acuzațiilor de plagiat. Astfel, procurorii de la Parchetul General au ridicat de la universitate documentele în baza căreia instituția declanșase analiza menționată.
Context
Teza pe baza căreia prim-ministrul Nicolae Ciucă, general în rezervă al Armatei Române, și-a obținut titlu de doctor în Științe militare este plagiată, cel puțin asta relevă o anchetă publicată marți, 18 ianuarie, de jurnalista Emilia Șercan în publicația PressOne.
Potrivit sursei citate, teza lui Nicolae Ciucă include conținut plagiat în cel puțin 42 de pagini din totalul de 138. Conținutul din cel puțin 19 pagini a fost plagiat din alte două teze de doctorat susținute anterior la Universitatea Națională de Apărare „Carol I” (UNAP), una dintre ele coordonată chiar de îndrumătorul premierului, conform sursei citate.
În aceeași zi, prim-ministrul a solicitat analizarea lucrării de către Comisia de Etică a Universității Naționale de Apărare. De menționat este că UNAP se află în subordinea directă a Ministerului Apărării, iar rectorul instituției este generalul Dorin Pleșcan, fost șef de cabinet al lui Ciucă, în perioada în care acesta ocupa funcția de șef al Statului Major General.
