Ultimele detalii despre începutul noului an școlar. Precizările ministrului Educației

Sorin Cîmpeanu, ministrul Educației, a anunțat duminică seară, 22 august, că elevii, cu excepția celor din învățământul special, vor fi obligați să poarte măști de protecție în spațiile închise, mai puțin la orele de educație fizică.

În localitățile în care rata de infectare va fi sub 2 la mie, orele de educație fizică vor putea fi organizate în interior. Dacă incidența cazurilor de coronavirus trece de 2 la mie, orele de sport se vor putea desfășura doar în spații exterioare, a explicat ministrul Educației.

Sorin Cîmpeanu a mai anunțat că ministerul pe care îl conduce va solicita acordul părinților pentru vaccinarea copiilor cu vârsta peste 12 ani, printr-un formular care va putea fi completat cu „da” sau „nu” și care va fi distribuit în școli după data de 13 septembrie.

„Va fi un coordonator pe fiecare școală, care prin intermediul diriginților va lua legătura cu părinții(…)Prin întâlniri interactive, părinții pot adresa orice fel de întrebări. Cei cu competențe medicale și-au afirmat disponibilitatea de a oferi aceste răspunsuri. E o acțiune în parteneriat cu DSP și Ministerul Sănătății”, a declarat Sorin Cîmpeanu, duminică seară, la Digi24.

Vineri, 20 august, ministrul Educației a prezentat scenariile în funcție de care elevii se vor întoarce la școală în anul școlar 2021-2022. Acesta a explicat că, în cazul localităților în care rata de incidență este mai mică de 6 la mie, școlile vor funcționa în regim normal, cu prezența fizică a copiilor la ore.

În cazul unei localități care depășește incidența de 6 cazuri la mia de locuitori, Ministerul Educației permite prezența fizică a preșcolarilor în unitățile de învățământ, dar analizează și scenariul potrivit căruia elevii mai mari de 12 ani să poată asista fizic la ore. Elevii cu vârsta mai mică de 12 ani vor trece în online, a mai spus oficialul.

„Al doilea scenariu, ce vă spun acum, este în curs de discuţie şi va fi finalizat acest proces, în perioada 1-3 septembrie, cu cel puţin 10 zile înainte de începerea anului şcolar”, a declarat Sorin Cîmpeanu.

Acest scenariu se va aplica doar pentru localitățile cu incidența mai mare de 6 cazuri și pentru care nu a fost declarată carantina.

Ceremoniile de deschidere a noului an școlar vor putea fi organizate în exterior, cu o durată maximă de o oră și jumătate și cu purtarea obligatorie a măștii de protecție.

„Ştiţi cum e, nu ne facem griji pentru copii atunci când merg la festival, atunci când merg pe plaje supraaglomerate, atunci când merg în mall-uri supraaglomerate, dar, dintr-o dată, sunt părinţi care îşi fac griji că vai Doamne, merg în şcoală”, a precizat Cîmpenau.

Tot vineri, ministrul Educației a declarat că profesorii care refuză să se vaccineze și să fie testați împotriva COVID-19 „ar trebui să se odihnească” în momentul în care rata de infectare a unei localități trece de 6 cazuri la mia de locuitori.

„Dacă nici n-ai trecut prin boală, nici nu vrei să te vaccinezi, nici n-ai motive certificate medical pentru care să nu te vaccinezi, nici nu vrei să te testezi, atunci au dreptate acei părinți care spun că acel profesor poate reprezenta un pericol pentru elevii cu care intră în contact(…)Vom analiza din perspectivă legală toate soluțiile, iar soluția optimă va fi avansată în data de 1-3 septembrie când va apărea acest ordin de ministru care va respecta întocmai cadrul legal. Fără niciun fel de discriminare și fără a excede… nu știu, Codul muncii, spre exemplu – dreptul la muncă”, a explicat ministrul Educației.
