STS anunță că a fost finalizată ancheta internă privind intervenția de la Caracal. Concluziile verificărilor arată, transmite Serviciul, că operatorii și-au îndeplinit atribuțiile.
„Serviciul de Telecomunicații Speciale (STS) a realizat, în cursul zilei de ieri, pe durata nopţii şi în cursul zilei de astăzi, o investigaţie internă privind respectarea atribuţiilor operatorilor 112 ai STS, îndeplinirii prevederilor din manualul de operare și a funcționalităţii Serviciului 112.
În urma verificărilor interne, dorim să vă reconfirmăm că au fost respectate prevederile privind operarea și că nu au fost inadvertențe, sincope sau defecțiuni tehnice ale echipamentelor sau serviciilor lor în ceea ce priveşte modul de tratare a apelurilor 112.
Ne cerem, totodată, scuze pentru întârzierea comunicării publice ce a generat nemulțumiri, intenția noastră fiind de a documenta şi a prezenta cu acuratețe adevărul referitor la apelurile efectuate la 112 pentru cazul în discuție.
Vă asigurăm că vom pune la dispoziția organelor de anchetă toate informaţiile, documentele şi înregistrările necesare cunoașterii adevărului”, transmite STS.
Este vorba despre dispariţia unei tinere de 15 ani din Caracal. Tânăra a sunat la 112 pentru a anunţa că este sechestrată, însă autorităţile au reusit să localizeze apelul după mai multe ore. Fata nu a fost găsită până în prezent, existând suspiciuni că a fost ucisă.
