Percheziții la Academia de Poliție. Sunt vizați șefi ai instituției

Percheziții la Academia de Poliție Alexandru „Ioan Cuza” au loc, joi, în dosarul deschis după amenințarea cu moartea a Emiliei Șercan.

Procurorii DNA fac percheziții și la domiciliile unor persoane cu funcții de conducere din cadrul instituției, potrivit unor surse judiciare.

Un ofițer al Academiei, cercetat sub control judiciar

La câteva zile după ce jurnalista a anunțat pe Facebook că a fost amenințată cu moartea, DNA a preluat dosarul. Astfel, Adrian Bărbulescu, ofițer în cadrul Academiei, a fost pus sub control judiciar pentru șantaj.

Inițial, ancheta a fost realizată de un parchet local și de Poliția Capitalei, însă funcția suspectului a atras competența DNA.

„În seara de 15 aprilie 2019, inculpatul BĂRBULESCU GHEORGHE ADRIAN, a transmis unei persoane, jurnalist de investigație – persoană vătămată, la numărul personal de telefon al acesteia, mesaje de amenințare (un mesaj tip text și cinci mesaje folosind aplicația Facebook Messenger), pentru a o constrânge să înceteze activitatea de investigare a modului în care mai multe persoane din cadrul școlii doctorale a Academiei de Poliție Al. I. Cuza au obținut titlul de doctor.

Inculpatul a amenințat-o pe jurnalistă că, că în caz contrar, aceasta va suferi acte de violență și îi va fi suprimată viața”, explica DNA pe 25 aprilie.

Ulterior, procurorii DNA au extins ancheta, fiind în desfășurare percheziții la Academia de Poliție.

Șercan: Procurorii probabil au indicii legate de implicarea rectorului și a altor angajați

Jurnalista spune că efectuarea acestor percheziții arată că și alte persoane sunt implicate în încercarea de a o intimida.

„Lucrul acesta nu poate să spună decât un singur lucru: că procurorii probabil au indicii legate de implicarea rectorului și a altor angajați din Academia de Poliție, din câte înțeleg, este vorba și de unul dintre cei doi prorectori care ar fi vizat de percheziții. Deci, vorbim despre conducerea extinsă a Academiei de Poliție.

Eu cred că din moment ce procurorii DNA au decis să facă aceste percheziții, au indicii despre implicarea lor în șantajul care a fost pus la cale la adresa mea. Eu am spus încă din primul moment în care am aflat că acel ofițer a fost dus la audieri, având în vedere că el este foarte tânăr, abia a terminat facultatea în urmă cu un an de zile și lucrează în Academia de Poliție, fără să aibă legătură cu zona de doctorate, am spus de atunci că nu poate să fie decât un simplu executant și că autorii morali sunt cu totul și cu totul alte persoane.

Este posibil ca astăzi să află că cei care au „comandat” amenințările cu moartea la adresa mea sunt cu totul alte persoane, iar acel ofițer a fost doar un executant. Bănuiesc că cei care au fost implicați au dat înapoi în momentul în care au văzut că este vorba despre o anchetă, o anchetă derulată în primă fază de Poliția Capitalei, ulterior preluată de DNA, însă din ceea ce eu știu este clar că nu s-au făcut amenințări în mod direct, ci din partea altor persoane s-a încercat alt gen de presiune și alt gen de intimidare la adresa mea, dar despre asta o să vorbesc la momentul potrivit, tot cu mijloace jurnalistice”, a declarat Emilia Șercan la Digi 24.
