Judecătoarea Dana Tiţian, fosta consilieră a Laurei Codruţa Kovesi, a ajuns, joi, la Secţia pentru Investigarea Infracţiunilor din Justiţie, unde este audiată în dosarul în care sunt cercetaţi Lucian Onea şi Mircea Negulescu.
Magistratul nu a făcut declaraţii.
Surse judiciare susţin că Tiţian este audiată în calitate de martor.
În acest dosar sunt cercetaţi Lucian Onea, fost şef DNA Ploieşti, Laura Codruţa Kovesi, fost procuror şef al DNA, Mircea Negulescu, fost procuror DNA Ploieşti, precum şi alţi doi magistraţi şi un ofiţer de poliţie judiciară.
Acuzaţiile din dosar sunt de represiune nedreaptă şi cercetare abuzivă şi au legătură cu probe dintr-un dosar al DNA Ploieşti.
