Europarlamentar PLUS, anunț despre șansele Codruței Kovesi la șefia Parchetului European: Zilele acestea, un prim pas important

Dragoș Tudorache, europarlamentar PLUS, susține că șansele ca Laura Codruța Kovesi să fie procuror general european sunt foarte mari, menționând că zilele următoare se va face un prim pas care ar putea duce la nominalizarea fostei șefe a DNA în această funcție.

„Eu cred ca sansele sunt foarte mari. Sper eu ca intr-un timp chiar foarte scurt, si o spun cu toata intelegerea a ceea ce se intampla in acest moment in PE si Consiliu, sa avem o veste buna. E posibil ca zilele acestea să fie un prim pas important care să ajute la nominalizarea doamnei Kovesu, după care să se deruleze niște pași procedurali esențiali care fac parte din procedură până să se ajungă la decizie”, a declarat Dragoș Tudorache pentru ziare.com.

Tudorache: Un model pe care l-am putea folosi acasă, de exemplu pentru depolitizarea CCR

Referitor la negocierile pentru această funcție, Dragoș Tudorache consideră că modelul numirii procurorului șef al Parchetului European ar putea fi preluat de România pentru numirea judecătorilor CCR.

„Orice nominalizare care se face intr-un joc institutional intre Parlament si Consiliu devine si un joc politic, nu poate ramane unul strict tehnic. Nou e acest proces hibrid in care a existat o evaluare tehnica facuta de un complet de experti, de profesionisti acoperind toata plaja judiciara: sefi de parchete nationale, avocati, presedinti de instante si curti de conturi, experti judiciari.

Ei au facut prima evaluare a profilului si competentelor candidatilor, inainte de a muta acest joc in sfera institutional politica. Este un model pe care l-am putea folosi acasa, de exemplu pentru depolitzarea CCR.

Politizarea a fost facuta nu din cauza procesului, ci pentru ca s-a tot incercat o competitie: cine o sustine si o iubeste mai mult. Eu astept sa vad nominalizarea facuta, nu cred ca e cazul ca cineva sa-si aroge merite. Daca nominalizarea va fi facuta, meritul e al dnei Kovesi, cea care a convins completul de profesionsti sa o puna in varful listei si fostul PE sa o sustina.

Faptul ca diverse partide se inghesuie acum sa arate sustinere inteleg ca e o chestiune care poate aduce voturi. Noi o privim cu responsabilitate si obiectivitate.

Dl Ciolos a anuntat rezultatul unui demers pe care il facem pentru a incerca sa cream spatiul necesar ajungerii la un acord intre Consiliu si PE cu privire la nominalizare. E o prioritate pentru noi, fara a vrea sa ne arogam un merit. Meritul e al dnei Kovesi”, a precizat europarlamentarul.
