Bogdan Licu, discuții cu procurorii SIIJ: Pașaportul Sorinei ar fi fost obținut prin mijloace nu tocmai legale
UPDATE. Procurorul general Bogdan Licu a spus, după dicuțiile avute cu procurorii SIIJ, că există informații potrivit cărora pașaportul Sorinei a fost obținut în „prin mijloace nu tocmai legale”, acesta fiind motivul pentru care Mihaela Iorga Moraru l-ar fi reținut.
„În momentul în care a fost solicitat pașaportul, au existat anumite indicii că ar fi fost obținut prin mijloace nu tocmai legale. Mai multe nu pot să vă spun. În momentul de față, s-au lămurit mai multe dintre aceste aspecte și, în perioada imediat următoare, o să aveți o rezolvare la această chestiune. Este decizia procurorului (dacă-i dă sau nu pașaportul -n.r.). O să vedeți că, în perioada imediat următoare, această problemă se va rezolva. Nu a fost pus nimeni sub învinuire sub acest aspect, dar la acel moment au existat date și indicii cu privire la anumite nereguli care au fost în momentul eliberării pașaportului.
Fiind cercetat și un magistrat, pe cale de consecință, toate aspectele investigate sunt de competența Secției. Atâta timp cât un magistrat este cercetat într-o cauză, competența aparține acestei Secții. Procedura de adopție este finalizată, avem o sentință definitivă, iar prin respingerea cererii mele de revizuire a rămas definitivă.
Fetița nu putea pleca cu această familie, până în acest moment, pentru că nu avea pașaport. În momentul în care va avea pașaport, fetița va putea pleca din țară. Părerea mea este că părinții adoptivi vor fi suficient de înțelepți să nu plece din țară cu fetița până în momentul în care nu se va soluționa și cererea de ordonanță președințială”, a conchis Bogdan Licu.

Bogdan Licu s-a întâlnit în această dimineață cu procurorii de la Secția pentru Investigare a Infracțiunilor în Justiție. Unul dintre subiectele avute în vedere este reținerea pașaportului Sorinei de către procurorul de caz, Mihaela Iorga Moraru.
Întrebat dacă discuțiile cu procurorii referitoare la acest caz nu reprezintă o intervenție în anchetă din partea sa, Bogdan Licu a spus: „Având în vedere acțiunile pe care le-am introdus în cazul Sorinei, am venit să discut cu procurorii de caz. Până acum nu am discutat nimic.
Nu intervin niciodată în anchetă. Am spus mereu ca niciun procuror șef nu are dreptul să ceară unui coleg ce anume să facă într-un dosar
Mă aștept la o deschidere din partea colegilor de la Secția Specială. (…) Faptul că doamna procuror nu a fost suspendată nu înseamnă că este în regulă”.
În prezent, la SIIJ se află deschis un dosar care vizează modul în care s-a desfășurat adopția Sorinei. La Secție au mai fost anchetați părinții adoptivi ai Sorinei, asistenții maternali, angajații DGASPC și procuroarea Maria Pițurcă, cea care a ridicat-o cu forța pe fetiță de acasă de la soții Șărămăt.
Procurorul general interimar, Bogdan Licu, a cerut revizuirea hotararii de adopție, însă a fost respinsă. De asemenea, Licu a mai cerut ca Soinei să-i fie interzis să părăsească teritoriul țării, caz ce va fi soluționat, astăzi, la Judecătoria Slatina.
