Gheorghe Dincă vrea să iasă din arest: Cererea, judecată după ce a recunoscut că a ucis două adolescente
Gheorghe Dincă, bărbatul care a mărturisit că a ucis două tinere, de 15 si 18 ani, contestă măsura arestului preventiv, cererea urmând să fie dezbătută, marţi, de Curtea de Apel Craiova. După arestarea preventivă, bărbatul şi-a recunoscut faptele, însă a contestat măsura. Luni seara, zeci de persoane, colegi şi prieteni ai fetei, au protestat în faţa casei principalului suspect.
Dincă i-a spus judecătorului de la fond că este „puțin tulbure”. Pe de altă parte, avocatul din oficiu care l-a reprezentat a pus concluzii de admitere a măsurii preventive. Din motivarea arestării reiese că Alexandra, fata de 15 ani, a vorbit de trei ori cu poliţiştii, de pe telefonul găsit în încăperea în care era sechestrată. Judecătorii vor analiza marţi contestaţia depusă de Gheorghe Dincă.
Potrivit documentului întocmit de judecători, imagini cu maşina lui Gheorghe Dincă au fost surprinse de camerele de supraveghere din Caracal, în zilele în care au dispărut cele două fete. De asemenea, la dosar sunt depuse şi înregistrările apelurilor Alexandrei la 112.
Suspectul le-a spus magistraţilor că este „puţin tulbure”
„Inculpatul Dincă Gheorghe, având ultimul cuvânt, arată că nu este de acord, solicită respingerea propunerii de arestare preventivă, arătând că este puţin tulbure”, se menționează în motivarea Tribunalului Dolj.
Din document reiese că Alexandra a apelat de trei ori serviciul 112, prima data la 11.05.08, a doua oară la 11.06.25, iar a treia oară la 11.12.36, solicitand ajutorul politiei deoarece „a fost sechestrata si violată”.

Procurorii au la dosar şi imagini suprinse de camerele de supraveghere. Pe 24, în ziua în care fata este răpită, maşina condusă de Gheorghe Dincă apare oprindu-se în faţa liceului Mihai Viteazu din Caracal.
„Din aceasta masina a coborat pe partea stângă o persoană de sex masculin, care s-a urcat înapoi în maşină pe uşa din stânga spate unde a stat aproximativ 20 de minute”, explică judecătorii.
De altfel, în maşină au fost găsite mai multe obiecte personale care îi aparţin fetei.
„La înlăturarea stării de pericol pentru ordinea publică avem în vedere si faptul că acest gen de fapte au luat amploare pe teritoriul României, fiind necesară o ripostă fermă din partea autorităţilor statului , atât în ceea ce priveşte celeritatea instrumentării unei astfel de cauze, cât şi în ce priveşte luare unor măsuri preventive şi aplicarea unor pedepse exemplare”, motivează magistraţii.
Judecătorii remarcă acelaşi mod de operare şi în cazul Luizei, o fată de 18 ani care a dispărut în luna aprilie. Mai mult, o maşină aceeaşi marcă şi culoare a fost suprinsă de camerele de supraveghere în locul în care a fost văzută fata ultima dată. Şi în acest caz, ca şi în cazul Alexandrei, suspectul ar fi sunat familia pentru a anunţa că tânăra a plecat în străinătate.
