Prima ședință a Comitetul interministerial pentru 112. Raed Arafat anunță primele măsuri: Modificarea urgentă a legislației

Astăzi a avut loc prima ședință a Comitetului interministerial privind sistemul apelurilor de urgență 112. Raed Arafat cere modificarea urgentă a legislației.

„Vom propune modificări ale legii așa încât să poată fi adoptate prin OUG. Sperăm să se întâmple acest lucru la începutul lunii septembrie”, a declarat liderul Comitetului.

Raed Arafat mai spune că în 15 zile va fi întocmit un raport pentru viitoarele modificări din sistem.

„Avem 15 zile la dispoziție să întocmim un raport și ce demersuri se fac pentru modernizarea sistemului de localizare . Vom vedea și măsurile pe care le propunem pentru a urgenta modificările pe care le vrem în sistem”, a adăugat acesta.

Secretarul de stat din MAI a mai spus că este nevoie de implementarea unei aplicații AML (Advanced Mobile Location).

„Există o aplicație a STS și care trebuie promovată până la implementarea unui alt sistem. Populația trebuie să o descarce. Nu e soluția definitivă. Tot pe termen scurt, va trebui să găsim o soluție pentru implementarea sistemului AML (Advanced Mobile Location). Vom propune modificări ale legii așa încât să poată fi adoptate prin OUG. S-a ridicat problema consimțământului persoanei care apelează 112. Acest lucru trebuie să apară în legislație”, a declarat Raed Arafat.

Raed Arafat a mai declarat că sistemul numărului de urgențe 112 va fi modernizat.
