ANP a plătit jumătate din datoria către angajați. Sindicate: Peste 1 milion de ore suplimentare, rămase neplătite
Peste 1 milion de ore suplimentare mai are de plătit Administrația Penitenciarelor către angajații din sistem, anunță sindicaliștii din sistem. Administrația mai are de plătit ore suplimentare din 2018, dar și pe primele trei luni din 2019. Asta chiar daca s-au achitat jumătate din banii promiși.
Administrația Națională a Penitenciarelor a anunțat, într-un comunicat de presă, că a reușit să achite jumătate din datoria pe care o are față de angajați.
Asta după ce, pe 13 mai, sindicaliștii din penitenciare au protestat în fața Ministerului Justiției. Ulterior, sindicatele au fost chemate la negocieri de Guvern și Ministerul de Finanțe.
Sindicaliștii au cerut atunci:
- adoptarea statutului polițistului de penitenciare (eliminarea amendamentelor neconstituționale, nedemocratice și anti-sindicale) – care a trecut de Camera Deputaților, fiind trimis la promulgare la președintele Klaus Iohannis;
- publicarea de urgență a ordinului de ministru privind plata orelor suplimentare pentru perioada 2019-2021 (impus prin OUG 114/2018) – similar celorlalte instituții din structura de apărare națională, interzicerea muncii forțate în sistemul penitenciar, unde deținuții sunt plătiți, spre deosebire de personal;
- plata muncii suplimentare necompensate cu timp liber (conform legii) – similar celorlalte instituții din structura de apărare națională;
Potrivit liderului sindicatelor din penitenciare, Sorin Dumitrașcu, ceea ce au primit angajații din penitenciare reprezintă „doar 50% și atât”.
Întrebat dacă angajații sunt mulțumiți de această decizie, Dumitrașcu a declarat pentru mainnews.ro:
„Evident că nu. Mai avem peste 1 milion de ore suplimentare restante dinainte de martie 2018, și vreo trei luni din 2019 în care nu știm exact cât nu s-a plătit”.
