Florian Coldea și Gabriel Oprea, audiați în dosarul Codruței Kovesi

Florian Coldea și Gabriel Oprea, audiați în dosarul Codruței Kovesi. Este vorba despre cauza deschisă ca urmare a plângerii lui Sebastian Ghiță, referitoare la aducerea în țară a lui Nicolae Popa.

Coldea: Efoturi disperate pentru ca relația servicii-instituții de aplicare a legii să vulnerabilizeze România

Fostul prim-adjunct al SRI a petrecut aproximativ 4 ore la Secția pentru Investigarea Infracțiunilor din Justiție. După audiere, Coldea a vorbit despre încercări de vulnerabilizare a României.

„Am fost audiat în calitate de martor la Secția pentru magistrați. După cum știți, nu pot să fac comentarii cu privire la conținutul discuțiilor. Pot să vă informez că Serviciul Român de Informații a fost implicat în această operațiune de identificare, localizare și aducere în țară a domnului Nicolae Popa, a fost considerată o operațiune de succes, reflectă cooperarea bună între serviciile de informații și instituțiile de aplicare a legii, cooperare care am constatat, în timp, că deranjează foarte mult pe foarte multe persoane și, din acest punct de vedere, am văzut că toată lumea face eforturi disperate ca, practic, această cooperare să afecteze într-un fel sau altul capacitățile României de aplicare a legii, respectiv să vulnerabilizeze România, ca țară de frontieră a NATO și UE.

În ceea ce o privește pe Laura Codruța Kovesi, personal, în nicio împrejurare nu am luat la cunoștință de vreo activitate care să fie infracțiune, nici la nivelul instituției nu am obținut niciun fel de informații cu privire la posibile infracțiuni sau posibile date în acest sens. Sper din tot sufletul că ar fi important să discutăm și consider că era important să discutăm despre toți cei care nu s-au implicat în aducerea lui Popa în țara noastră, toți cei care, după mai bine de 10 ani, nu au contribuit decisiv, așa cum a făcut-o Serviciul Român de Informații, pentru a contribui, prin posibilitățile pe care le are, la efectuarea unui act de justiție pentru cele peste 155.000 de persoane care au fost păgubite cu mai mult de 300 de milioane de RON”, a declarat Florian Coldea.

Și Gabriel Oprea a fost audiat joi de Adina Florea.

„Printre doctoranzii mei a fost și domnul Radu Timofte, adjuncți ca domnul general Zamfir sau domnul general Marin Ionel. A fost și domnul Coldea. Între mine și domnul Coldea este o diferență de aproximativ 11-12 ani, mi-a fost și doctorand, era secretar de stat, eu am fost ministru sau vicepremier, niciodată nu m-am tras de șireturi, ca să fie foarte clar, cu domnul Coldea. Poate cu domnul Maior, că-l știam de la Partidul Social Democrat.

MAPN nu a avut nicio contribuție. Sunt amic cu Sebastian Ghiță, chiar nu l-am invitat atunci, dar l-am invitat de multe alte ori și sunt prieten cu el. Iar eu, de regulă, de ceea ce nu este oficial și întâlniri private, am un brand, sunt un om care încerc să mă țin de cuvânt. Brandul ăsta îl construiești într-o viață și îl poți pierde într-o secundă, nu-mi place să vorbesc despre întâlnirile private”, a declarat Gabriel Oprea.

Acuzațiile aduse lui Kovesi

Laura Codruța Kovesi este acuzată de luare de mită, abuz în serviciu și mărturie mincinoasă, în legătură cu extrădarea lui Nicolae Popa. Dosarul a fost deschis în urma unei plângeri a lui Sebastian Ghiță. Fosta șefă a DNA a fost pusă sub învinuire după ce la conducerea Secției de anchetare a magistraților a fost numit Gheorghe Stan. Kovesi este anchetată de Adina Florea, cea care a dorit postul de șef al DNA, însă a fost refuzată de președinte.

În timpul procedurii pentru funcția de procuror șef european, Kovesi a fost pusă sub control judiciar. Măsura a fost ridicată de ÎCCJ. Judecătorul a susținut în motivare că acuzațiile sunt neclare și că nu există material probator pentru a fi susținute.
