Primăria Sector 5, acord de aproape un miliard de lei cu o firmă din Turcia pentru întreținerea spațiilor verzi
Primăria Sectorului 5, unde edil este social-democratul Daniel Florea, a atribuit un acord cadru pentru suma de 889 de milioane de lei unei asocieri conduse de o firmă din Turcia. Înțelegerea va viza servicii de întreţinere, amenajare şi modernizare a spaţiilor aparţinând domeniului public şi privat de pe raza Sectorului 5.
Acordul vizează o perioadă de patru ani şi a fost atribuit asocierii Esta Inşaat Sanayi Lojistik Ve Diş Ticaret – Smart Business SRL – Maksan Techno Grup, care a fost singurul ofertant în cadrul licitaţiei.
În noiembrie 2019, Primăria sectorului 5 anunţa pe SICAP licitaţie pentru servicii de întreţinere, amenajare şi modernizare a spaţiilor aparţinând domeniului public şi privat de pe raza sectorului, valoarea totală a acordului cadru fiind estimată la o sumă cuprinsă între 30.225.493 şi 952.638.435 lei, scrie Agerpres.
Conform anunţului, componenta financiară a reprezentat 60% din punctaj, experienţa profesională – 25% (în funcţie de numărul de proiecte realizate anterior), iar componenta tehnică 15%.
Ofertanţii trebuia să facă dovada că, în ultimii cinci ani, au fost prestate şi duse la bun sfârşit servicii similare celor ce formează obiectul acordului cadru, în valoare totală de 250.000.000 lei.
Prin servicii similare se înţelege: salubrizarea/întreţinerea/amenajarea/modernizarea/reabilitarea spaţiilor verzi (parcuri, zone verzi, locuri de joacă, terenuri de sport); montarea/repararea mobilierului urban; instalarea/întreţinerea sistemelor de irigaţii; plantarea materialului dendrologic.
Numărul mediu anual de personal al operatorului economic, pe parcursul ultimilor trei ani, trebuie să fi fost de minim 400 angajaţi. De asemenea, ofertantul trebuie să dispună de utilaje precum: autoutilitare cu platformă deschisă, autobasculante, încărcătoare frontale, autospeciale cisterne, maşini de tocat material fibros, echipament pentru săpat şanţuri, motocositoare, maşini pentru gazonat.
