Ministrul Breaz îi ignoră pe oamenii de Cultură

Ministrul Culturii a lipsit de la audierile din Comisia de cultură a Camerei Deputaților, deși a promis că va fi prezent. Audierile au avut loc pe fondul tensiunilor dintre ministrul Breaz și manageri de teatre, artiști, personal tehnic, toți acuzând tâierile de bugete care îi împiedică să își desfășoare activitatea. Tocmai de aceea ei i-au cerut ministrului Culturii să își dea demisia.

„Din păcate, în aceste zile asistăm la un masacru al culturii în România. Se pare că ce nu aduce bonus electoral actualilor guvernanţi sau ce nu contribuie în mod direct la înfrumuseţarea imaginii PSD, nu merită finanţat din banii publici. Cu toate aceste concedieri masive din teatre, Guvernul şi primarul Capitalei, d-na Firea, taie românilor dreptul la cultură. Este o situaţie cu adevarat alarmantă deoarece instituţiile de cultură din România sunt într-un iminent pericol de funcţionare, lucru care poate duce până la închiderea lor. Şi toate acestea se întâmplă dintr-un singur motiv: pentru că ce nu slujeşte PSD, nu merită să trăiască”, se arata într-un comunicat remis Mediafax, pe 28 iunie, de Gigel Ştirbu, preşedintele Comisiei de cultură de la Camera Deputaților.

Ion Caramitru,  Teatrul Național București/ ” Nu vom mai exista”

Ion Caramitru a declarat, după întâlnirea cu Daniel Breaz și cu premierul Viorica Dăncilă, că i-au cerut acestuia să demisioneze pentru că nu poate gestiona acest domeniu.

„Problema numărul 1 a fost la «Bunuri şi servicii». Am văzut declaraţii continue din partea ministrului Culturii potrivit cărora nu avem voie să ne plângem pentru că au crescut bugetele. (…) Bugetul a devenit funcţional la mijlocul lunii mai, deşi era normal să fie în ianuarie. Aşadar, am rămas cu toţii datori la numeroase facturi obligatorii. Ministrul Breaz ne-a spus ieri «aşteptaţi sfârşitul anului şi poate se rezolvă». Ce să se rezolve? Nu vom mai exista.

Am fost obligaţi, toţi cei de aici. Şi vă atrag atenţia că acum, la nivelul bugetului pe care îl avem şi al cheltuielilor pe care le-am făcut, şi al datoriilor, noi, toţi, suntem nişte infractori. I-am spus şi doamnei prim-ministru ieri. Ni s-a spus că nu se aprobă programul minimal fără menţiunea din josul paginii, care spune: mangerul a întocmit programul pe 2019 asigurând cheltuielile de întreţinere şi funcţionare a instituţiei pe tot parcursul anului financiar. Păi, da. Noi suntem buni de plată. Avem, suntem în situaţia ca, neplătind la timp, să apară penalităţi. Cine va plăti? Domnul ministru al Finanţelor ne-a spus: «Aţi semnat?». Am semnat, pentru că a fost un mic şantaj, că altfel nu puteam să funcţionăm”, a spus Ion Caramitru, citat de news.ro.

Ernest Târnoveanu,  Muzeul Național de Istorie/”Tot mai aproape de zona definită de Codul Penal”

Managerul Muzeului Naţional de Istorie a României, a venit în completarea lui Caramitru spunând că ministerul „îi pune în situația” de a încălca prevederile unui contract.

„Ne-am supus tuturor reglementarilor.(…) Raportăm lună de lună ministerului, iar acelaşi minister ne pune în situaţia de a încălca prevederile unui contract şi de a a ajunge tot mai aproape de zona deifinită de Codul Penal. (…) Noi nu facem decât să aplicăm legea şi toţi cei pe care îi cunosc sunt oameni responsabili”, spune Ernest Oberländer-Târnoveanu.

Virgil Niţulescu, Muzeul Naţional al Ţăranului Român/”Se pregăteşte România de o criză?”

Virgil Niţulescu, directorul Muzeului Naţional al Ţăranului Român, spune că toată situația creată afectează identitatea culturală a României.

„Sunt foarte nemulţumit pentru că în media s-a spus că actorii au ceva cu guvernarea, că părea un conflict personal, este vorba despre un conflict pe care institituţiile publice aflate în subordinea MCIN le au cu Mininisterul Finanţelor, nu cu cel al Culturii. Se pregăteşte România de o criză? Pentru că pe noi ne afectează foarte mult şi afectează identitatea culturală a României”.

Faţă de 2018, bugetul pentru MNŢR e cu 2,81% mai mare. A crescut pentru salarii, dar a scăzut cu 33% pentru «Bunuri şi servicii». A crescut salariul minim pe economie. Scăderea reală ar putea fi, de fapt, de 37% (…) Am decis să reducem faţă de anul trecut cu 1/3 programele culturale oferite publicului”, a spus Niţulescu.

Context

Situaţia bugetului pentru Cultură a fost dezbătută, marți, la Guvern, de către  managerii mai multor instituţii culturale, de ministrul Daniel Breaz și de Viorica Dăncilă.

O altă întâlnire ar fi trebuit să fie ieri, la Comisa de Cultură de la Camera Deputațiilor însă Ministrul Breaz nu a venit.

Peste 200 de artiști și angajați ai instituțiilor de cultură au protestat, duminica trecută, în Piața Victoriei. Principala nemulțumire se referă la subfinanțarea din cultură.
